I went shopping before Christmas and after Christmas for new bras. I started to get frustrated because I couldn't find a pretty stylish bra in my size. After a while of looking around, I settled with the ones that fits just the way it should regarding the style.
I told Dave about my frustration having to get bras that's a number and cup size bigger from what I am accustomed to wearing. It just happened that the night before he watched a documentary on BBC about women having big breasts. He copied it on tivo for me. How thoughtful of him.
So, I watched it yesterday morning and was relieved that I didn't have problems like the three women did. They were all sizes E or G. They were discussing choices of what to do, one option was to exercise because breasts has 80% fats. However, exercise is not always a sure thing because it varies. Some would lose an inch, some would lose a cup size, etc. Another option was surgery.. you have to be desperate to get reduction surgery. You'll have to live with scars and less nipple stimulations. Finally and not the least option was see a bra specialist. The bra specialist explained 8 out of 10 women were wearing wrong bras. Wearing the right kind of bra makes a difference by reducing all the pain in the shoulders and in the back. It also will give you the best support you need without getting red marks on the shoulders and on the back.
Who knows maybe I picked the wrong size. Maybe I should go see a bra specialist.
If you have BBC and tivo, be sure to try to catch "My Big Breasts and Me", record it and save it for a rainy day.
Enjoy!
